WHY DON'T YOU STEP INSIDE.....

... and give me the ' once-over'! My last but one owner started the renovation, but had to move before it was finished!

My interiors are quite spacious, as I used to be three cottages until I was knocked into one! I now have 140m2 of living space....

This is my kitchen/dining area-- the kitchen area is tucked behind that serving bar, see below,

I can boast three chimneys and three wood burning stoves, for winter nights....

I have two further living areas,
Lots of beams!

Cool, light and airy.

I have a mezzanine with two bedrooms

Here is one of them!

I am surrounded by gorgeous countryside, and have a garden of approx one acre, see the pictures below!

If you like the look of me, please leave a comment with a contact and I will get my owner to contact you!

AN ACRE GARDEN

Green that seems to go one forever! That's me in the distance!Bags of room for a pool- or a horse or two?
Countryside is all around , but I am not totally alone, I have a neighbour nearby.

Hear that tinkling? that is the little stream that runs right around the grounds.....

Must be a fish in there somewhere?

This is my back-side ( if you'll excuse the epression)----

My previous owner liked the colour orange- I think it's a sunny colour- he was an artist, and if you look closer you will see his decorative pattern around the windows....

HOW LONG HAVE I BEEN HERE ?

Well, now that is a question! I reckon I have stood on this spot for a couple of centuries, maybe a little more! I used to be three cottages , you know, all joined, but one of my owners ( such a nice chap) decided I ( and he) would be more comfortable if I was turned into one airy cottage. OOh It felt so good to have that extra space! My outbuilding housed the bread oven for all the local village! The village is just 1.5 kms at the top of my lane-- it is a real pretty place with a 12th century church and a little bar ( which also houses a little shop) and a smattering of other pretty cottages peeping from behind their climbing roses!
